<br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Council may request additional information prior to accepting the project or <br />authorizing the release of bonds and retention. <br />2. Council may choose not to accept the project or authorize the release of bonds <br />and retention, which would be contrary to the terms of the contract, prior Council <br />action, and public contracting code. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Sufficient funding for the construction of this project was approved and appropriated in <br />the Transportation Fund – Street Pavement Management Program.
