The City Manager is authorized to increase the contract amount with <br />O.C. Jones & Sons, Inc. for the Red Morton Synthetic Turf and Tennis Court Renovation <br />Project, if necessary, up to 30% of the amount awarded. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Parks Impact Fees Fund revenue budget shall be increased by <br />$1,911,795. <br /> <br />Section 3. The Parks Impact Fees Fund – Red Morton Synthetic Turf Upgrade <br />expenditure budget shall be increased by $1,332,510, equal to 30% of the awarded <br />contract amount. <br /> <br /> <br />6.3.A. - Page 6
