TASK 5—BID SUPPORT, CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE The following services shall be provided during the bidding process and construction phase of the project. ' 1. Consultant shall provide design clarification responses during bid phase. 2. Consultant shall attend and conduct pre-bid meeting. Respond #o questions from prospective bidders. Assist in issuing addenda, as directed by the City. 3. Consultant shall conduct three (3) site visits during construction at appropriate stages aside from the final inspection. , 4. Cansultant shall attend pre-construction meeting. 5. Consultant shall review any and all shop drawings submittals, change order requests, requests for information, and provide written recommendations to the City. , 6. Consultant shall participate in the final inspection and assist with punch list of deficiencies. 7. Consultant shall prepare "As-Built" drawings based on construction field notes ' and limited field review by the Consultant. ' 8. Consultant shall prepare Pre-construction notices and reporting to agencies for regulatory compliance including environmental assessment letter report. 9. Consultant shall coordinate during construction with agencies as needed (i.e. meetings, , teleconference, etc.)for regulatory compliance. 10. Consultant shall prepare post-construction reporting including all permiUagency authorization deliverables. Deliverables for Bid Support and Consfruction Services Consultant shall furnish one (1) set of full-size as-built plans on 4-mil polyester media. Provide digital copies of final specifications, cost estimate and plans in native format ' (VUord, Excel and AutoCAD). Deliverables for Regulatory Campliance: Fulfillment of all pre- to post-construction permit items (i.e. reports, submittals, monitoring, meetings, etc.) to agencies as underlined and scheduled in the permits.
