TASK 5—BID SUPPORT, CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AND REGULATORY <br /> COMPLIANCE <br /> The following services shall be provided during the bidding process and <br /> construction phase of the project. ' <br /> 1. Consultant shall provide design clarification responses during bid phase. <br /> 2. Consultant shall attend and conduct pre-bid meeting. Respond #o questions <br /> from prospective bidders. Assist in issuing addenda, as directed by the City. <br /> 3. Consultant shall conduct three (3) site visits during construction at appropriate <br /> stages aside from the final inspection. , <br /> 4. Cansultant shall attend pre-construction meeting. <br /> 5. Consultant shall review any and all shop drawings submittals, change order <br /> requests, requests for information, and provide written recommendations to <br /> the City. , <br /> 6. Consultant shall participate in the final inspection and assist with punch list of <br /> deficiencies. <br /> 7. Consultant shall prepare "As-Built" drawings based on construction field notes ' <br /> and limited field review by the Consultant. ' <br /> 8. Consultant shall prepare Pre-construction notices and reporting to agencies for regulatory <br /> compliance including environmental assessment letter report. <br /> 9. Consultant shall coordinate during construction with agencies as needed (i.e. meetings, , <br /> teleconference, etc.)for regulatory compliance. <br /> 10. Consultant shall prepare post-construction reporting including all permiUagency <br /> authorization deliverables. <br /> Deliverables for Bid Support and Consfruction Services <br /> Consultant shall furnish one (1) set of full-size as-built plans on 4-mil polyester media. <br /> Provide digital copies of final specifications, cost estimate and plans in native format ' <br /> (VUord, Excel and AutoCAD). <br /> Deliverables for Regulatory Campliance: <br /> Fulfillment of all pre- to post-construction permit items (i.e. reports, submittals, <br /> monitoring, meetings, etc.) to agencies as underlined and scheduled in the permits. <br /> Also Consultant to include public outreach and mailings, if needed. <br /> R��TtY�Vf��01h6.0101BKF Engineers <br /> Paae 16 of 19 <br />
