The consultant shall be <br /> ready to make adjustments on their design. ' <br /> Deliverables <br /> Six (6) sets of both the fifty-percent complete (50%) and the seventy-five percent ' <br /> (75%) plans, specifications, and Engineer's Estimate shall be presented to the City <br /> for review. A marked set will be returned along with City staff's comments and/or <br /> request for clarifications to the Consultant for revision. <br /> TASK 4—FINAL DESIGN (100% DESIGN SUBMITTAL) <br /> With the City's approval, the Consultant shall proceed with the Final Design. Specific ' <br /> tasks in this phase include, but are not limited to, the following: <br /> 1. Consultant shall Incorporate 75% Design Submittal review comments. ' <br /> F <br /> � <br /> 2. Consultant shall prepare 100% Design Submittal consisting of complete <br /> construction documents including drawings, specifications and cost estimates. <br /> The submittal shall also include, but not limited to, demolition and disposal plan, ; <br /> complete construction notes, complete details and cross-sections of new � <br /> concrete slab and wall, site restoration work details, complete bracing system ' <br /> complete profile technical specifications, possible staging areas, estimate of <br /> construction cost, civil details, structural details, mechanical details, Complete <br /> design calculations and analysis, should include all final engineering calculations, � <br /> any miscellaneous technical data, maintenance considerations and catalogue ! <br /> cuts for any special equipment and for any special material proposed for use in the = <br /> project. �i <br /> 3. The 100% Design Submittal shall be ready for signature and submitted to the � <br /> City for review and approval. A marked set will be returned along with staff's � <br /> comments and/or request for clarifications for revision. <br /> Dellverables: <br /> Consultant shall furnish one (1) set af full-size plans and specificatians for the i <br /> project. The Contract Document set shall bear the responsible engineer's wet <br /> stamp and signature with a license expiration date.
