EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Consultant will prepare a real estate appraisal of city-owned properties in Redwood City, <br /> in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and with <br /> the Appraisal Institute's Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal <br /> Practice, evaluating the properties at their highest and best use. The properties to be <br /> appraised are proposed for assemblage of a proposed office development site located at 1629 <br /> Main Street, and include as many as four non-contiguous remnant areas located near or within <br /> the rights-of-way for Buckeye Street, Hancock Street, and Spruce Street.
