The properties to be appraised include as many as four <br /> non-contiguous remnant areas located near or within the rights-of-way for Buckeye Street, <br /> Hancock Street, and Spruce Street. The locations of the properties to be appraised are <br /> shown on a vesting tentative parcel map prepared by BKF Engineers. Lisa Costa Sanders of <br /> the City of Redwood City provided me with a copy of said map. <br /> The cost for the appraisal of the city-owned properties would be $4,800. It would take <br /> about six weeks to complete the appraisal report. The report would comply with the <br /> Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and with the Appraisal Institute's <br /> Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. <br /> Please let me know if you have any questions or if you need additional information.
