<br />The Council approved the original agreement between the San Mateo County Human <br />Services Agency and the City of Redwood City for Information and Referral Services <br />provided at the Fair Oaks Community Center for FY 13-14, 14-15, and 15-16 at its <br />regular Council meeting on April 22, 2013. <br /> <br />Council also approved subsequent amendments to this Agreement at its regular Council <br />meetings on April 7, 2014 and June 8, 2015. <br /> <br />ANALYSIS <br />The County of San Mateo has approved additional funding in the amount of $27,988 for <br />the Information and Referral Services provided at the Fair Oaks Community Center for <br />FY 15-16. <br /> <br />In order to make payment, the County of San Mateo requires an amendment to the <br />original agreement between the San Mateo County Human Services Agency and the <br />City of Redwood City for Information and Referral Services provided at the Fair Oaks <br />Community Center for FY 13-14, 14-15, and 15-16. The term of the original agreement <br />is from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2016. <br /> <br />The proposed amendment constitutes the third amendment to the original contract. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council could choose not to approve the amendment, and not accept the additional <br />funding from the San Mateo County Human Services Agency for the Fair Oaks <br />Community Center Information and Referral Program. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The proposed amendment provides a total of $84,780 for FY 2014-2015 and an <br />additional amount of up to $16,718 of Sustainability Funds for the term of the agreement <br />at the discretion of the Director of the Human Services Agency.
