Agreement for Service between the City of Redwood City and the <br /> Sequoia Union High School District (304) <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize City Manager to execute an agreement <br /> between City of Redwood City and Sequoia Union High School District for <br /> District to pay $30,000 to City for a School Resource Officer four days a <br /> week at Sequoia High School during 2014-2015 school year. <br /> MINUTE ORDER 15-008 <br /> B. Final map and associated agreements for the development at Rossi <br /> Lane (318/330 West Oakwood Boulevard) by West Oakwood, LLC (613) <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1. By motion, approve the Final Map for Rossi Lane. <br /> 2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br /> Improvement Agreement with West Oakwood, LLC. <br /> 3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a <br /> Landscape Maintenance Agreement with West Oakwood, LLC. <br /> 4. Professional services agreements for on-call services for <br /> transportation engineering, construction management, and inspection <br /> services (304) <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br /> agreement with TJKM Transportation Consultants in an amount up to <br /> $200,000 to provide on - call civil/transportation engineering services for a <br /> period of two (2) years, and authorize the City Manager: to increase the <br /> total agreement amount by an additional ten (10) percent, and to extend <br /> the term of the agreement, if necessary. <br /> 2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br /> agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. in an amount up to <br /> $200,000 to provide on - call civil/transportation engineering services for a <br /> period of two (2) years, and authorize the City Manager: to increase the <br /> total agreement amount by an additional ten (10) percent, and to extend <br /> the term of the agreement, if necessary. <br /> 3.
