initiatives, making recommendations to the Leadership Council regarding policy, program and <br /> resource allocation, identifying challenges and community needs and developing suggestions for <br /> solutions, aligning the values and purposes of inember organizations and Redwood City 2020, <br /> building and maintaining collaborative, cross-sector relationships, developing and monitoring <br /> financial resources, and promoting integration of efforts. <br /> Membership: Each Redwood City 2020 partner organization that contributes at least $25,000 <br /> per year to support the collaborative is entitled to membership on the Executive Team. Typically, <br /> the member will be the Chief Executive Officer of the organization or serve at the senior <br /> management level. <br /> Structure: The Executive Team will annually select a Chair from its members, who will be <br /> responsible for co-leading the meetings of the Executive Team in partnership with the Executive <br /> Director, serving as liaison between the Executive Team and the Leadership Council, and working <br /> with the Executive Director to develop meeting agendas. <br /> Meeting: The Executive Team will meet at least six (6) times annually.
