ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br /> A. Mayor Buchan announced that former Mayor Mario Biagi had sent his congratulations to <br /> the new Council Members and his very best wishes to the Council. He also sent his <br /> regrets that he would miss a Redwood City Council installation and election of the new <br /> Mayor and Vice Mayor.
