<br />11. Evidence was submitted by petition from neighbors of the existing <br />fac il ity that: <br /> <br />a. The residents living at Hawthorne House have not presented a danger <br />to the neighborhood. <br />'1If. <br />iò~ <br />b. Hawthorne House does not cause traffic problems in the neighborhood. <br /> <br />c. Hawthorne House has been a cordial neighbor, and we believe they <br />will continue to be so in this or any neighborhood. <br /> <br />12.
