Fiscal Year 2015-16 Budget Adoption (501) <br /> <br />Dr. Bell spoke briefly about what was presented two weeks ago on the budget <br />(presentation on file). There were no Council questions. Mayor Gee opened the public <br />hearing. There was no public comment. <br />M/S Seybert/Foust to close the public hearing. Motion carried by voice vote with <br />Council Member Aguirre absent. There was no Council discussion. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt, by resolution, the Fiscal Year 2015-16 Budget. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 15427 OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING THE BUDGET OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FOR FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2015 - JUNE 30, 2016 AND <br />PROVIDING FOR THE APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE OF ALL SUMS SET FORTH <br />IN SAID BUDGET <br /> <br />M/S Foust/Seybert to adopt the resolution. Motion carries unanimously by electronic vote <br />with Council Member Aguirre absent. <br /> <br /> B. Fiscal Year 2015-16 Budget (Successor Agency) (454) <br /> <br />Dr. Bell stated that with the dissolution of the redevelopment agencies, the Council is <br />the formal Successor Agency and is required to hold a public hearing for the budget <br />approval. There were no Council questions. <br />Mayor Gee opened the Public Hearing. There was no public comment. <br />M/S Pierce/Seybert to close the Public Hearing. Motion carried by voice vote with <br />Council Member Aguirre absent. There was no Council discussion. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By resolution, adopt the FY 2015-16 Budget for the Successor Agency to the Redwood <br />City Redevelopment Agency. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-01 OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDWOOD CITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADOPTING THE BUDGET OF THE SUCCESSOR <br />AGENCY FOR FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2015 - JUNE 30, 2016 AND PROVIDING FOR <br />THE APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE OF ALL SUMS SET FORTH IN SAID <br />BUDGET <br />6.1.D. - Page 10
