(302-14) <br /> Council Members discussed the origin of the Traffic Advisory Committee, <br /> the City of San Carlos Traffic Advisory Committee, current activity or lack <br /> thereof, past and present purposes, its appropriate role as an independent <br /> committee or part of the Planning Commission, its duties in context with <br /> other local or regional traffic management programs, precedent for phasing <br /> out a committee, and alternatives to the Traffic Advisory Committee's <br /> present organization.
