Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, Restoring & Reconstructing <br /> Historic Buildings. <br /> Section 3. Under Section 2.1.4.D, the HRAC hereby finds that the Revised <br /> Project will not create a substantial adverse change in the significance of the adjacent <br /> historic resources, and will protect the adjacent historic resources' continued eligibility <br /> for listing on the National Register. <br /> Section 4. The HRAC hereby finds that the proposed improvements will not <br /> adversely affect and will be compatible with the external appearance of existing <br /> designated improvements, buildings, and structures on said site. <br /> Section 5. The HRAC hereby recommends that the Planning Commission <br /> approve the Downtown Planned Community Permit and Sign Permit for the Revised <br /> Project, consistent with the DTPP and associated EIR, and Chapter 40 (Historic <br /> Preservation) of the Redwood City Code. <br /> Section 6.
