6. Provide an electronic copy of the drawings in AutoCAD as required and in <br /> PDF Format, specifications in Word and PDF format, and a cost estimate in <br /> Excel and PDF format. <br /> Task 5: Bid Suppo�t and Construction Services: The following seniices will be <br /> provided during the bidding process and construction phase of the project. <br /> 1. Contact potential bidders <br /> 2. Provide design clarification responses du�ing the bid phase via addenda. <br /> 3. Provide signed confoRned contract document set incorporating addenda <br /> issued during the bid process and other changes subsequent to the 100% <br /> Design Submittal. <br /> 4. Attend, participate and review the project at the Pre-Construction Meeting. <br /> 5. Attend four (4) construction meetings, including site visits, at regular intervals <br /> during active construction progress of the work. City construction manager <br /> will handle meeting documentation. <br /> 6. Review shop drawings submittals, change order requests (COR), requests for <br /> information (RFI), and written recommendations to the City. <br /> 7. Substitution request evaluation. <br /> 8. Participate in the final inspection and assist with the punch list of deficiencies. <br /> C. PROJECT TIMELINE <br /> Verde Design estimates the following general timeline for design: <br /> Project Start-up ISite Assessment:To be oompleted within two weeks of receiving <br /> survey and geotechnical investigative report <br /> Initial Design: Four Weeks <br /> Final Design: Three Weeks <br /> Bid Padcage: Two Weeks <br /> Note: the above timelines does not include any required review time by City staff. <br /> D. CITY RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> In order to complete the items described in Scope of Services above, the City may <br /> provide the following information: <br /> 1. Tennis facility programmatic needs <br /> 2. Any reoord drawings showing underground utilities that may serve anticipated <br /> improvements. These may include drainage, electrical, utilities, imgation, etc. <br /> 3. City c�odes, orclinances, and policies, as well as maintenance practice <br /> guidelines. <br /> 4. Utility survey of existing utilities as needed and/or potholing as required in <br /> specific areas as requested by our office. <br /> 5. Drawing title block and drawing standards. <br /> E.
