Upon receiving direction from the City to proceed with the identified <br /> improvemen#s and construction budget, Verde Design will develop this this initial <br /> design witl be useti as the basis for the development of the Final Design. The <br /> tasks inciude, but not limited to the following: <br /> 2. Set up CAD background files and applicable drawing sheets. <br /> 3. Develop a 65% CD submittal package (three sets to be provided). The package <br /> will include the following at a minimum: <br /> a. Cover sheet <br /> b. Existing conditions plans <br /> c. Demolition plans <br /> d. Grading/ Drainage plans <br /> e. Layout/material plans <br /> f. Construction details <br /> g. Technical Specifications <br /> h. Statement of Probable Construction Costs <br /> 4. Internal Redline/QC �eview by Verde staff. <br /> 5. Attend one meeting with City staff to present and review 65°!o package. <br /> Task 3: Final Design {95°!o Design Submittal) <br /> 1. Develop a 95% PS8�E submittal package (three sets to be provided) based on <br /> #he comme�ts received comments on the 65% submittal package. <br /> 2. intemai RedlinelQC review by Verde staff. <br /> 3. Attend one meeting with City staff to present and review 95°lo package. <br /> Task 4: Bid Package (100°10 Design Submittal� <br /> 1. Incorporate comments received from the City on the 95% Design Submittal. <br /> 2. Prepare the 100°lo Design Submittal including complete construction <br /> documents, spec�cations and cost estimates. <br /> 3. Intemal Rediine/QC review by Verde staff. <br /> 4. The 100% Design Submittal shall be ready for signature and one set will be <br /> submitted to the City for review and approval. A marlced set will be returned <br /> along with staff's comments and/or clarifications for revision. <br /> 5.
