Minor Zoning Code Amendments - Cleanup and Clarification (602) <br /> <br />Ms. O’Dell, Principal Planner, gave a brief presentation on amendments that need to be <br />modified and cleaned up (presentation on file). These are changes to wording, <br />outdated language, and reconfiguring to group common items. The Planning <br />Commission reviewed these changes and recommended approval. <br /> <br />Council Member Howard asked if this information will be put out to the community. <br />Ms. O’Dell stated that Staff will get the word out on these changes. There was no public <br />comment. <br />M/S Seybert/Howard to close the public hearing. Motion carried by voice vote. <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> (1) Hold a public hearing and (2) Waive First Reading and Introduce an <br />Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Ordinance and (3) Adopt a Resolution <br />Adopting the Negative Declaration. <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE TO (a) <br />REPEAL ARTICLES 7, 12, 21, AND 26, AND AMEND ARTICLE 31 TO DELETE <br />SECTIONS 31.3, 31.15, AND 31.19; (b) MAKE MISCELLANEOUS PROCEDURAL <br />AND CLEAN UP AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 16, 18, 20, 23, <br />30, 32, AND 52; AND (c) AMEND ARTICLE 31 TO DELETE AND RESERVE <br />SECTIONS 31.4, 31.12, 31.20, AMEND ARTICLE 32 TO DELETE AND RESERVE <br />SECTIONS 32.10 AND 32.11, AMEND ARTICLE 36 FOR REORGANIZATIONAL <br />PURPOSES, AND MAKE CONFORMING AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLE 2 <br /> MINUTE ORDER 15-134 <br />M/S Seybert/Aguirre to introduce the ordinance.
