Adopt Resolution approving a Downtown Planned Community Permit, Tentative <br />Parcel Map and Parking In-Lieu Fee Application for the development a 5-story mixed- <br />use office and retail building and two levels of underground parking at 815 Hamilton <br />Street, based on the findings and subject to the conditions of approval listed therein, <br />and upon consideration of the Initial Study Checklist demonstrating compliance with the <br />Downtown Precise Plan Environmental Impact Report (EIR) as certified on January 24, <br />2011; and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15431 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />APPROVING A TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP, DOWNTOWN PLANNED COMMUNITY PERMIT, <br />AND PARKING IN-LIEU FEE FOR 815 HAMILTON STREET, 2215 BROADWAY, AND 840 <br />MIDDLEFIELD ROAD <br /> <br />M/S Aguirre/Pierce to approve the resolution. Motion carried unanimously by <br />electronic vote. <br /> <br />2. Adopt Resolution approving a Disposition and Development Agreement between the <br />City and Hamilton & Winslow Properties, LLC. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15432 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />APPROVING A DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AND HAMILTON & WINSLOW PROPERTIES, LLC FOR 815 HAMILTON <br />STREET <br /> <br />M/S Foust/Howard to approve the resolution. Motion carried unanimously by <br />electronic vote. <br /> <br /> B. Transportation Impact Fee Projects and Schedule (402) <br /> <br />Jessica Manzi, Senior Transportation Coordinator, gave a brief presentation on the <br />update to the Transportation Impact Fee (Presentation on file). The main update was <br />on the projects that are allowed to use these funds and the amount of the fee. <br /> <br />There was no public comment. <br />M/S Howard/Seybert to close the public hearing. Motion carried by unanimous voice <br />vote. <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Hold a public hearing and adopt a resolution: <br />1. Approving and adopting the 2012 Redwood City Transportation Impact <br />Mitigation Fee Update, Project Descriptions and Cost Estimates, and <br />2. Approving the Redwood City Transportation Impact Mitigation Fee, Fee <br />Schedule for Specific Land Uses (Fee Schedule) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15433 APPROVING AND ADOPTING TRAFFIC IMPACT MITIGATION <br />FEE PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS AND COST ESTIMATES AND APPROVING THE <br />TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEE SCHEDULE <br />6.1.F. - Page 15
