Best Maintained Low Water Usage Landscape: KREAGER MACHINE TOOL <br /> CORPORATION, 1485 Veterans Boulevard <br /> Owner: James D. and Patricia Kreager <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Kreager thanked the Council and advised that Southern <br /> Pacific had finally done something that turned out right: After the <br /> third SP spill onto the lawn in front of his business, Mr. Kreager said <br /> he gave up and replaced the lawn with a "rock garden" which is now being <br /> recognized by the City with this award. <br /> 9.
