Best Historical Restoration Non-Profit: SERVICE LEAGUE OF SAN MATEO <br /> COUNTY, 727 Middlefield Road <br /> Contact: Elizabeth Gheleta, Agency Director <br /> Elizabeth Ghelata thanked the Council and everyone who assisted in the <br /> major remodeling project. <br /> 8. Best Maintained Low Water Usage Landscape: KREAGER MACHINE TOOL <br /> CORPORATION, 1485 Veterans Boulevard <br /> Owner: James D. and Patricia Kreager <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Kreager thanked the Council and advised that Southern <br /> Pacific had finally done something that turned out right: After the <br /> third SP spill onto the lawn in front of his business, Mr. Kreager said <br /> he gave up and replaced the lawn with a "rock garden" which is now being <br /> recognized by the City with this award. <br /> 9. Best remodeled for Special Use, Non-Profit: SEQUOIA HOUSE, 158 Alameda <br /> de las Pulgas <br /> Contact: Elena Tinloy, Associate Administrator, Sequoia Hospital <br /> District <br /> Sequoia Hospital Executive Director Art Faro stated the non-profit <br /> Sequoia Foundation raised the money for this project, and Sequoia House <br /> is 100% occupied. <br /> 10. Best new construction: PACIFIC ATHLETIC CLUB, 200 Redwood Shores Parkway <br /> Owners: Pete Jones and Jim Gerber <br /> Pete Jones said it was an honor to be recognized by the Council. <br /> 11. Best Architectural Design: 500 ORACLE PARKWAY <br /> Contact: Martha L.
