EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />These additional services include all tasks per the original agreement through <br />construction documents. Additional Bid Phase and Construction Phase Service cannot <br />be determined at this time, and therefore are not included in this amendment. This <br />amendment includes the following: <br />1. Expansion of design services of the Phase One -Westside Improvements from a <br />simple playground replacement with a budget of approximately $1.5 million to a <br />$4.5 million Magical Bridge Playground. The additional design services include <br />the following: <br />a. Redesign of the playground footprint expanded by more than double to <br />include the following zones and new features: <br />i. Kindness Corner <br />ii. Water Feature <br />iii. Sway and Swing Zone <br />iv. Spin Zone <br />v. Tot Lot <br />vi. Tot lot Arbor <br />vii. Tot Lot water feature <br />viii. Tree Pods <br />ix. Retreat huts <br />x. Slide Mound/Hill Zone <br />xi. Magical Bridge Playhouse <br />xii. Stage & Audience Seating <br />xiii. Innovation Zone <br />xiv. Nature Path and Storm Water Treatment Area requirements due to <br />expansion of playground size <br />xv. Two Entry Bridges <br />xvi. Extensive Site grading to create innovative play spaces and ramps <br />xvii. Extensive retaining walls for Ramps & Bridge Abutments <br />xviii. Custom designed railing and fence systems <br />xix.
