C. Consultant management <br />17. Valota ROW Improvements <br />A. Non-standard barrier along Valota— SSA will research and design, including (2) calls with the City <br />and a site visit, and one final re -design based on direction provided 12/11/17. <br />B. Raised crosswalk revision at the 95% submittal — This was our original recommendation; <br />removed from SSA scope due to Fire Dept. input about cross-town cut through. Included calls, <br />sub -consultant coordination time, and site visit. SSA will provide the raised crosswalk plans. <br />18. Civil Engineer Stamp of Landscape Architects Grading Plan <br />D. While Landscape Architects are licensed in the State of California to stamp grading plans, the <br />City has requested the park grading plan be stamped by a Civil Engineer. <br />E. This will require our civil engineer to go through our entire grading plan and check spot <br />elevations, grades. <br />19. Provide Additional Support During the Bidding Period <br />A. SSA will provide additional support during the bid phase due to the complexity and expanded <br />size and budget of the project. The scope will remain the same, however, more time will be <br />spent in all the original agreement tasks. <br />20. Provide Additional Construction Phase Services <br />A. SSA will provide additional support during the Construction Phase due to the complexity and <br />expanded size and budget of the project. The scope will remain the same, however, more time <br />will be spent in all the original agreement tasks. <br />Summary of Additional Scope Costs <br />Item 1. 3-D Modeling and Additional Principal Time SSA has donated <br />all Principal Steve Sutherland's time from October 2017 and will <br />continue to do so through the completion of Construction and Bid <br />Documents and the time to develop the SketchUp 3D Model; since <br />August those costs equal $20,655.75. Total donation anticipated <br />(complete by mid-February 2018) through completion of Construction <br />and Bid Documents $30,000. <br />Item 1. Total <br />Item 2-15.
