Approval of the General and Special Release to Resolve Litigation <br />Somers v. Award contract to Vimoc Technologies Inc., to provide acquisition and <br />installation of real-time parking availability signs, for an amount not to <br />exceed $126,000, and authorize the City Manager to execute a General <br />Services Agreement with Vimoc Technologies, Inc. in substantially the <br />form attached as Attachment No. 1, subject to any changes approved by <br />the City Attorney, and authorize the City Manager to increase the <br />contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% above the contract amount <br />2. Confirm the determination that the Project is exempt from the provisions <br />of CEQA
