6.1.1. - Page 18
• Daily and Weekly Graph Charts showing the volume of garage in/out and total garage
occupancy activity per hour of each day.
Historical Data Logging:
The web-based garage occupancy count station will include web-data storage solutions and
options for the system to export raw data to the CITY in Microsoft Excel (.XLSX) format.
Access to Signage Messages:
CONTRACTOR will provide a web-based mechanism and appropriate training and
documentation to allow CITY to alter the standard garage occupancy digital signage messaging
that is specified in Exhibit A. This mechanism will allow the CITY to create and post its own
custom messages on the signs, if desired, after initial commissioning of the system.
For the sake of clarity, access to the Web Services is included with the annual support and
service fee. No other charges will accrue to City for the Web Services including, without
limitation, cellular data charges.
Section 5. City Options on Future Equipment.
Within one year from the effective date of this Agreement, City may elect to acquire the
following services from Contractor:
1) Two nBox Ped/Bike Counting Stations to be installed in Redwood City at no
charge for the equipment.
2) Two nBox Garage Vehicle Counting stations for the San Mateo County garage at
Middlefield Rd. and Veterans Blvd at a 20% discount for the equipment.
Installation, signage and support fees are not included in items 1 and 2 above. As part of the
annual support fees for all projects discussed in this contract, VIMOC grants the City access to
the data of both the garage occupancy and bike/ped counting systems for internal usage by the
City. Third-party access to this data for commercial purposes is not allowed within the scope of
this agreement
ATTY/AG R/2016.082/VI MOC TECH NOLOG I ES INC.
REV:04-21-16 JS
