Council may request additional information prior to accepting the project or <br /> authorizing the release of bonds. <br /> 2. Council may choose not to accept the project or authorize the release of bonds. <br /> However, this would be contrary to the terms of the contract, prior council action, <br /> and public contracting code. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> Funding for the construction of this project was previously approved and appropriated in <br /> the Gas Tax Construction Fund and Traffic Mitigation Fees Fund.
