2 Environmen 7.B. - Page 107 <br /> I)Be served by a landfill with sufficient permitted capacity to accommodate the project's <br /> solid waste disposal needs? <br /> As discussed in Section 2.8,Hazards and Hazardous Materials,the Ox Mountain Landfill near Half <br /> Moon Bay would have sufficient capacity to accommodate the solid waste generated during project <br /> construction. The soil has been tested for levels of hazardous waste (such as lead) in compliance <br /> with state and federal solid waste laws. Bay Mud soils would be dried and mixed to meet landfill <br /> disposal criteria. The Ox Mountain Landfill or another landfill in the area would be able to accept <br /> the excavated soil from the proposed project area. (No Impact) <br /> g) Comply with federal, state, and local statutes and regulations related to solid waste? <br /> The City would comply with all federal, state, and local solid waste regulations including Title 22 and <br /> 27 of the California Code of Regulations,RCRA, and the HSWA. The impacts would be less than <br /> significant.
