Setback.The minimum setback must be 3 feet from the front and rear lot <br /> line and meet the minimum side yard setback for the zoning district b feet <br /> from side lot line except where otherwise allowed by (G) below. <br /> 3. Length. The maximum length of the arbor is 30 percent of the length of <br /> the rear lot line in R zoning districts. <br /> G. Special Requirements for Arbors at Entries: Arbors provided at gates or entries have <br /> the following requirements: <br /> 1. Height. The maximum height is 9 feet. <br /> 2. Setback. There is no minimum setback. Such arbors must be <br /> integrated into perimeter fencing (unless no fencing exists) in required front <br /> and street side yards. <br /> 3. Length and Depth. Arbor length is limited to 8 feet and depth <br /> is limited to 3 feet. <br /> 4. Number. Properties in R zoning districts are limited to one <br /> arbor per street frontage and required yard, for a maximum of 4 arbors per <br /> property. <br /> 4. Extending Valid Permit Duration (Sections <br /> [Reword section title for 42.6 for Article 42] <br /> 42.6 - Permit Expiration and Abandonment of Use. {Use Permit} <br /> A. In any case where a Usc Permit has not been used win one{1) year_from the date of <br /> activity which is the subject of the Use-Permit,the permit shall lie-d-eemed abandened and <br /> be of no further force or effect. <br /> B. In the event any use for which a Use Permit is r-egt fired ceases for a continuous period <br /> of six (6) months, the Use Permit shall be deemed abandoned, and the use shall not be <br /> initiated again except upon securing a new Usc Permit. <br /> A. A Use Permit expires one year from the effective date if the use is not initiated. As <br /> requested by the applicant, the Zoning Administrator may grant a one-time one-year <br /> extension prior to permit expiration. Initiation of the use includes issuance of building <br /> permits and beginning of construction.
