<br /> ARTICLE I <br /> PARTICIPATION <br /> 1.1 Elit!Ïbilitv for Benefits. <br /> <br /> An Employee shall be eligible to receive Retirement Benefits under this Plan if he or she: <br /> (a) has been designated by the Plan Administrator as an Eligible Employee for this Plan <br /> as set forth in Schedule A; and <br /> (b) has terminated employment with the Employer; and <br /> ( c) has applied for benefits under this Plan. <br /> 1.2 Commencement of Benefits. <br /> Benefits shall commence as of the first day of the first month after an Employee meets <br /> the eligibility requirements of Section 1.1. <br /> 1.3 Participation. <br /> <br /> An Employee will be credited with one Year of Participation for any year during which <br /> the Employee is an Employee of the Employer. <br /> -2- <br /> NB I :508358.9 <br />
