CONTRACTOR s}�11 adherc to the most current Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices(MLTfCD) as amendtd by the California Department of Transportarions (Caltrans) for traffic control. All CONTRACT�R 5 trucks shall h�ve an arrow board and beacons as well as a full set of cones, candle sticks,and "Men at Work" signs and tripods that shall be used to provide safety for both employees and the general public. Confined Spaces If entry to confined spaces is necessary,the CONTRACTOR shall follow all appropriate local,state,and federal laws pertaining to confined space entries. Sanitary sewer manholes are considered confined spaces. Specific attention is directed also to OSHA safety rules, regulations and prec�utions to be taken by the Contractor before entering sanitary sewer manholes,and other sanitation structures with respect to physical and chemical hazards that may be present. Night Work If flow and/or traffic aze an issue for CONTRACTOR to complete�segment,arrangements will be made with City to work at night. CONTRACTOR shall provide businesses/residences two (2) working days prior notice of any potenrially disruptive activity. Addirional compensarion for night work will not be paid by the City. DELNERABLES: 1. Deliverables shall include CCTV inspection videos,pichues and databases in an external hard drive as mentioned herein; matthole inspection reports; printed CCTV inspection reports; summ�ry of CCTV inspection reports in excel format{see details below), color coded sewer basin site maps(see det�tils below);MPEG-4 forniat color videa 2. Submit summary of the CCTY inspection reports in excel format showing the following: inspection ID, pipe seginent reference, d�te of inspecrion, street name, upstream manhole no. designation, downstream manhole no.�signation,sewer use,direction of flow,flow control,size of pipe,type of pipe, shape of pipe, pipe joint length, total pipe lengkh, actual pipe length surveyed , pre-cleaning method use,weather condition and the overall pipe rating condition of the pipe segments(from MH to MI�indicating the following ratings 1 -if the pipe is in excellent condition,2 if the pipe is in good condition,3-if the pipe is in fair condition,4—if the pipe is in poor condition and 5 -if the pipe is in bad condition and needing immediate removal and replacement. 3. Submit a GIS with color coded sewer basin site map and a physical or PDF inap with the segments color coded by hand showing pipe segments (from manhole to manhole) pipe condition rate designation in color coding as follows; Pipe segments(from manhole to manhole)with 1 -excellent pipe raring condi6on in blue color;pipe segments with 2-ga�od pipe rating condition in green color; pipe segments with 3 -fair pipe rating condition in orange color, pipe seginents with 4 - poor pipe rating condition in purple color and pipe segments with 5 bad pipe rating condition in red color. DEADLINE: CONTRACTOR sha11 complete all work within one hundred and twenty(120)calendar days of the City's notice to proceed.CONTRACTOR shall put a third crew on this project if needed.CONTRACTOR sha11 average about 3,000 line�r feet per d�y,per crew,which shall s11ow CONTRACTOR to finish within the City's timeframe.COIVTRACTOR shall provide the City with a detailed work schedule,to include streets and dates,at City's request.
