Invoice #2 for $29,600 + sales tax of $2,664 upon delivery of 4 nBox Vehicle Count Stations
(including two cameras for each box) to a secure Redwood City storage facility designated by
Redwood City.
Invoice #3 for $29,496 + sales tax of $2,654.64 upon delivery of 4 Dynamic Parking Signs (2
double-sided, 2 single-sided) to a secure Redwood City storage facility designated by Redwood
City.
Invoice#4 for$15,000 upon completion of installation of all equipment at Jefferson Garage.
Invoice#5 for$15,000 upon completion of installation of all equipment at Broadway Garage.
Each of Invoices#2 and #3 shall be subject to a ten (10%) retention to be paid in Invoice#6.
Invoice #6 for $9,995 for first year service/support/Landscape Computing license, and the
retention amounts held back in invoices #2 and #3 will be invoiced upon final acceptance of
the system.
Section 3. Specifications.
Contractor will provide an Internet of Things (IoT) platform and services for Smart City
applications. Contractor's Application Program Interface (API) is paired with all Landscape
Computing applications allowing customers to query and share sensory data online.
Contractor shall install an extension to the Landscape Computing parking space occupancy
solution currently deployed on Jefferson Street to support vehicle-count based occupancy
information for the Jefferson and Broadway garages. For both garages, Contractor will
include several Dynamic Parking Signs that display messages managed by our online API
solution, as follows.
1) Number of Open Parking Spaces (minus Accessible Parking)
-Jefferson Garage external sign will specify total number of open spaces
-Jefferson Garage internal sign at gates will specify spaces on P1 and P2
- Broadway Garage external signs will specify total number of open spaces
2) "FULL" message
This solution will enable Redwood City to determine parking availability information in
these two large garages much more accurately, and to clearly and effectively communicate
parking availability to downtown business patrons via large, easy to read digital signs. This
will reduce fruitless searches for parking in full garages or levels. The digital signs are also
flexible and high- resolution enough to display other future messages or images, as desired.
Each nBox enclosure will be connected to two vehicle-sensing cameras, placed to detect
entrances and exits from the main garage portals, and also in the Jefferson Garage to detect up
and down traffic on the ramp between P1 and P2. Each nBox also includes a 4G/LTE cloud
Page 14 of 24
ATTY/AGR/2016.082/VIMOC TECHNOLOGIES INC
REV:04-22-1615
