Exhibit "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES AND PAYMENT Print Capability: the Print Image Archive stores documents in the PDF format. This gives you a replica of the printed bills. You can print copies of the archived documents on your local printer. • Most of our clients have InfoSend print the bills in color on white paper. When this option is selected you don't need to store any pre-printed forms at your site to reproduce the documents. You can just print the bills in grayscale on a black printer or in color on a color printer. • If you do elect to use a pre-printed form then you will have two options for document printing. You can either have InfoSend ship you a box or of forms to use when reprinting documents or we can include the form elements in the archive PDFs to allow you to print the bills on white paper. Process for Viewing Archived Document Images: • You can enter your search criteria in the search fields and optionally add a date range to narrow the search results to the time period you are interested in. • An example search result set is shown in the image below.
