ORIGINAL <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />(InfoSend, Inc.) <br />This Amendment No. 1 is effective as of the 28th day of April, 2019, amending <br />and extending the agreement dated April 28, 2016 (the "Agreement"), by and between <br />the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of <br />California ("City"), and InfoSend, Inc., a California corporation ("Consultant') <br />(collectively, the `Parties"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. On April 28, 2016, the Parties executed an Agreement for Professional <br />Services for eBusiness services, and data processing print and mail services for utility <br />billing for the Revenue Services division in the Administrative Services Department; and <br />B. The Parties desire to memorialize their mutual understanding to amend <br />and extend the Agreement for a period of one year. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. The Agreement is hereby extended for a period of one year ending on <br />April 27, 2020. <br />2. City will pay Consultant an amount not to exceed Forty -Five Thousand <br />Dollars ($45,000). <br />3. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />4. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br />pursuant to the Agreement shall include coverage for this Amendment. <br />5.
