PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Public comment is for items that are not on the agenda but that are within the subject <br />matter jurisdiction of the City Council. Please be advised that the Brown Act does not <br />allow the City Council to discuss matters not on the agenda because it does not give the <br />public adequate notice.
