PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Public comment is for items that are not on the agenda but that are within the subject <br /> matter jurisdiction of the City Council. Please be advised that the Brown Act does not <br /> allow the City Council to discuss matters not on the agenda because it does not give the <br /> public adequate notice.
