which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> thereof , are consistent with the interest of the City of Redwood <br /> City and that of Redwood City General Improvement District No . 1- 64 <br /> in that : <br /> ( a) Said plan and agreement substantially conform to the <br /> City ' s General Plan ; <br /> ( b ) The proposed land use of the area for which the afore- <br /> mentioned U . S . Army Corps of Engineers permit has been <br /> applied is consistent with the City ' s General Plan ; and <br /> c ) The intended uses of Phelps Slough primarily as a storm <br /> water drainage and flood control system , and incidentally <br /> as a wildlife habitat and management area are promotive <br /> of the public health , welfare and safety . <br /> 3 . Upon execution of the agreement approved in paragraph 1 <br /> hereof , for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City and Redwood <br /> City General Improvement District No . 1- 64 , the City Clerk is <br /> hereby authorized and directed to transmit triplicate originals <br /> of said agreement , together with certified copies of this <br /> resolution to Mobil and to the State of California , Department of <br /> Fish and Game . <br /> * * * <br />
