Project Personnel
Curtis Williams, AICP, MHA Senior Associate, will be the project manager for the work
outlined in this proposal and will be the primary contact for the project. Mr. Williams
brings over 25 years of planning experience to this effort, including prior project
management experience with the City of Redwood City on the Marina Shores and Syufy
project sites, and for two proposed service stations. Andrew Gentile and/or Tania Treis,
Environmental Analysts with MHA, will assist Mr. Williams in the collection of data and
preparation of supporting analyses, and with facilitation of the environmental review
process. Roger luc, Document Manager, will provide graphics and production support.
Mr. Williams will attend all project meetings outlined in the proposal and will direct the
project as necessary. Other MHA staff, including Laurie McClenahan, Principal, and
Dain Anderson, Planning Director, are also available if additional support is required,
but are not included at this time in the work scope or budget. No other personnel or
subcontractors will be used without the consent of the City of Redwood City.
Schedule and Budget
This proposal anticipates work over a twelve month period, at the discretion of the City
of Redwood City. Work would primarily occur off-site, but Mr. Williams will be readily
available to meet at City Hall or elsewhere as needed during the course of the project.
A budget of $34,587 is estimated (attached). The project estimate is not intended to be
a "not-to-exceed" figure, as project and process uncertainties cannot be predicted. The
budget shall not, however, exceed the estimate without the express written permission
of the City, after consultation with the project applicant.
Work will be billed in quarter-hour increments. All hours worked will be accounted for in
detail and invoiced to the City on a monthly basis. Billing rates for participating MHA
staff are shown in the attached spreadsheet. Any and all expenses incurred in the
performance of this work, including but not limited to printing and copying, photo
processing, etc., will be invoiced to the City at a 15% mark-up.
MHA Sequoia Hospital 11
n¡:::?OnLl/~AR
-
