Redwood City agrees to use the money received from Each City under <br /> this Agreement for the design and in the installation of rubberized grade <br /> crossings at railroad track intersections shown in Attachment 1 within the <br /> jurisdiction of Each City, <br /> 5. Redwood City and Each City acknowledge that Menlo Park has paid <br /> for the construction and installation of the Oak Grove Avenue crossings and shall <br /> be reimbursed for the expenses incurred in connection thereof, as per invoice <br /> submitted by Menlo Park and the JPB, and approved by Redwood City. <br /> 6. Work on roadway segments adjacent to the locations described herein <br /> is not a part of this Agreement and remains the responsibility of Each City. <br /> 7. Redwood City agrees to furnish such reasonable reports and accounts <br /> of the expenditure of program funds as Each City deems reasonably necessary. <br /> 8.
