Street Infrastructure Restoration - Restore streets surrounding the project site to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at project completion. BCDC - Prior to issuance of any building or engineering permits, applicant shall provide proof of BCDC approval for the project. [SDR][ENGINEERING] 63. C/CAG Airport Land Use Committee — Prior to issuance of building permits, the applicant shall obtain approval from the C/CAG Airport Land Use Committee. [SDR][PLANNING] General Requirements 64. Review of Modifications - Modifications to the approved plans require Planning review and approval prior to building permit issuance. Substantial modification of approved plans, as determined by the Zoning Administrator, may be subject to an amendment or a new Permit.
