Pay-by-phone will be seamlessly integrated into the IPS management system via the wirelessly enabled meter system . No applicable taxes are included in any pricing below. IPS will integrated with multiple pay-by-cell vendors, including Passport Parking, Pay-by-Phone, Parkmobile, and ParkNow and will partner with any pay-by-cell vendor the City chooses. IPS will allow the City to push time data directly to the meters at the below pricing . It is possible to implement pay-by-cell without a real time data push to the meter, which will not incur any additional City costs and will extend battery life. Real time data push may reduce battery life to less than 12 months depending on location and operating parameters. IPS has battery saving methodologies that can be implemented if selected.
