EXHIBIT D — Ongoing Performance Standards <br /> PCI <br /> IPS Group, Inc. will maintain both the multi-space meters and single <br /> space smart meters to most current standards of PCI-DSS and PA- <br /> DSS compliancy for the life of the agreement. IPS will maintain a fully <br /> certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment gateway with the ability to process <br /> cards with any merchant processor. IPS's payment gateway provider <br /> will meet the terms of the Visa Cardholder Information Security <br /> Program (LISP) and the MasterCard Site Data Protection (SDP) <br /> programs. <br /> Power <br /> MS1 : <br /> With 12 operating hours and all types of payment, the minimum life <br /> expectancy will be 40 days on the meters fully charged battery. <br /> M5: <br /> With 12 operating hours and all types of payment, the minimum life <br /> expectancy will be 90 days on the meters fully charged battery <br /> system . <br /> Communications <br /> The average time to receive authorization for credit card transaction <br /> shall be a maximum of 10 seconds. Measured from the time of <br /> customer confirmation of payment (pressing "OK" button) to the <br /> customer receiving confirmation of transaction approval at the meter. <br /> Measured system wide over any weekly period . <br /> For the multi-space pay stations, MS1 , the average time for 97% of <br /> the transaction data (i.e., meter payment data) to arrive at the data <br /> management system shall be a maximum of 150 seconds.
