The MSMs and/or smart meters shall accept major credit cards and debit cards containing the Visa <br /> or MasterCard logos. <br /> IPS complies. The MS 1 accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. <br /> j. The MSMs and/or smart meters shall be PCI-CISP compliant. <br /> IPS complies. IPS is a fully certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment gateway with the ability to process cards with <br /> any merchant processor. We verify that our payment gateway provider meets the terms of the Visa <br /> Cardholder Information Security Program (LISP); the MasterCard Site Data Protection (SDP) programs. <br /> k. The MSMs and/or smart meters shall accept payment, issue a receipt on request and make this <br /> information available to up to four (4) different City departments that require this information. <br /> IPS complies. The MS1 will accept payment, issue a receipt and record this information in the DMS which is <br /> viewable by anyone with an authorized login and password. <br /> ix. 1 .4 SYSTEM DESIGN <br /> x. <br /> A. Design Requirements: <br /> 1. Consultant shall design MSM system and related subsystems to meet or exceed minimum quantity, <br /> quality and performance requirements as described herein. <br /> IPS complies. <br /> 2. Where required by jurisdictional authorities, Consultant shall engage licensed professionals who <br /> shall apply their professional seal and sign those design documents, reports, or other materials and <br /> work required to be sealed when submitted to City or other jurisdictional authorities. <br /> IPS complies. <br /> 3. Consultant shall review work and submittals of all sub-tier designers, vendors, suppliers, and <br /> subcontractors for conformance with the work of this section. <br /> IPS complies. <br /> 4. City reserves right to review Consultant's work for conformance with these specifications. Where <br /> City determines work does not conform, City may direct Consultant to implement changes satisfactory <br /> to City. <br /> IPS complies. <br /> 5. System design shall be fully coordinated with related work of other trades. <br /> IPS complies. <br /> Xi. B. Future System Expansion <br /> 1. Parking equipment and CMS shall be easily expandable to accommodate additional parking meters, <br /> features and configurations. Consultant will describe the process for future system expansion (e.g. <br /> adding MSMs, changing rates, networking new facilities).
