In any case where a Use Permit has not been used within one (1) y ar_from the date of <br /> activity which is the subject of the Use Permit,the permit shall be deemed abandoned and <br /> be of no further force or effect. <br /> B. In the event any use for which a Use Permit is required ceases for a continuous period of <br /> six (6) months,the Use Permit shall be deemed abandoned, and the use shall not be <br /> initiated again except upon securing a new Use Permit. <br /> A. A Use Permit expires one year from the effective date if the use is not initiated. An application for a Variance shall be filed with the Planning Department by <br /> the owner of the subject property or his agent. Every application shall be made on <br /> a form furnished by the Zoning Administrator and shall be accompanied by a <br /> reasonable filing fee in an amount as may be established by resolution of the <br /> Council. Such filing fees shall not be refundable. The application shall include plot <br /> plans, drawn to scale and accurately dimensioned, showing location of all existing <br /> and proposed buildings and structures, if any, on the subject property; a legal <br /> description of the property; proof of ownership; statement establishing the <br /> existence of the circumstances described in Sections 43.4(A), 43.4(B), and 43.4(C) <br /> hereof; and other reasonable, pertinent information as may be required by the <br /> Zoning Administrator. <br /> B. Whenever the application contemplates new buildings or structures, the <br /> subject property shall be physically marked for a period of five (5) days <br /> .. .. <br /> other suitable devices to show cl arly and accurately the location and extent of the <br /> proposed improvements for which the Variance is sought. <br /> 43.6 - Expiration.
