6.3.A. - Page 2 <br /> is proposed that this increase be retroactive to January 1 , 2015 for the City Clerk in <br /> order to maintain parity with other executive management classifications. <br /> ALTERNATIVES <br /> 1. Council may choose not to grant a salary adjustment at this time; <br /> 2.
