4. Consultant shall develop emergency water quality sampling and monitoring parameters <br /> and plan, which will incorporate Division of Drinking Water Emergency Water Quality <br /> Sampling kit list. <br /> 5. Consultant will draft restoration and recovery procedures for all identified credible <br /> threats. <br /> 6. Consultant shall submit a draft ERP, containing all draft documents and appendixes in <br /> pdf format. <br /> 7. Consultant will submit the final ERP after City review and comments have been <br /> incorporated into the draft ERP. <br /> a. Deliverables <br /> i. PDF of final document and appendixes <br /> ii.
