Performance Firt�ncial /�ssurance. The City may request the Proparty Owner to <br /> provide a performanoe bond, security, or other appropriate frnancial assu�nce providing <br /> for the maintenance of the stormwater treatment measure(s) pursuant to the City <br /> Stormvveter Regutabons. <br /> 13. TransfQr of Praqertv. This Agreement shell run with #he title to the {and and eny <br /> portion thereof.
