' ' ��f�u�� r�,.� I AGREEMENT COST SHARING AGREEMENT FOR CAPE SEALING PORTIONS OF OAK KNOLL DRIVE BETWEEN THE REDWOOD CITY'S LIMITS IN THE VICINITY OF 3303 AND 3227 OAK KNOLL DRIVE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2016 COUNTY-WIDE CAPE AND SLURRY SEAL PROJECT [COUNTY PROJECT NO.RW608; PROJECT FILE NO.E4945] THIS AGREEMENT,made and entered into this�day of , 2016, by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, a political subdivision o the State of California, hereinafter called "County", and the CITY OF REDWOOD CI , a municipal corporation of the State of California,hereinafter called"City". WITNESSETH : WHEREAS, the City and the County are desirous to cape seal portions of Oak Knoll Drive in the Emerald Lake Hills Area; and WFIEREAS, the City and County agree that the County shall act as lead agency in the preparation of plans, specifications, contract administration, construction inspection, and related documents for the cape sealing of portions of Oak Knoll Drive within the City's limits; and WHEREAS, portions of Oak Knoll Drive being cape sealed lie within both corporate limits of the City and unincorporated San Mateo County; and WHEREAS, the City's areas to be cape sealed in accordance with this Agreement are shown on"Exhibit A", attached hereto and incorporated by this reference; and WHEREAS, the proposed cape sealing work of portions of Oak Knoll Drive shall include, but not limited to: application of cape seal and pavement markers, and other items of work associated with the 2016 County-wide Cape and Slurry Seal Project("the Project"). NOW,THEREFORE,IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: 1.
