We're submitting. The provisions of California's <br />Architects Practice Act, Business and Professions Code, require a signed engagement document <br />prior to performance of services. <br />We will provide our services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions proposed below. <br />SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY <br />Your goal is to accomplish: <br />- Conduct a site visit and establish the cause and extent of the pool edge failure. <br />- Establish a plan to repair the pool edge and restore adjacent finishes. <br /> Prepare bid documents for the repair work. <br /> Assist City of Redwood City to obtain bids for the repair work. <br /> Perform construction administration service to include shop drawing review and site visits. <br />Project Initialization <br />We will work with you to execute this engagement document or a City of Redwood City consulting <br />services agreement.
