The documents will show the extend of repair work, the detail and materials
used.
e el v obi s
Contract documents, including drawings and technical specification sections for City to obtain
bids and permit.
Permit submittal and review
We assume application for a construction permit will be by city staff and the extent of our
involvement will be to respond to requests for clarification or discussion of compliance strategies.
Bidding process and review
We are assuming the expertise of city staff does not require our services to review and interpret bids.
Should our participation to review bids or alternate proposals be requested, we will participate on an
additional services basis.
Construction Administration
Upon commencement of construction, we will provide construction observation services on an on
call basis. Again, in the interest of minimizing the cost of consulting services, we assume city staff has
the expertise to routinely monitor the contractor's progress and compliance with the contract
documents.
The Pro s
. Bottom Duvivier will attend project meetings and site visits, as requested, up to the allowance
authorized.
. One job site visit by Rivero Consulting Group
.
