Sewer Utility Finances & Rates  75  <br /> Water & Sewer Financial Plans & Rate Studies  <br />Figure S5 shows a survey of monthly regional sewer bills for high strength commercial/restaurant  <br />customers using 25 hcf of monthly water use.  The City currently provides service to approximately  <br />100 high‐strength wastewater customers.  With the proposed 2016/17 rates, Redwood City’s bills  <br />for high strength accounts at this usage level will increase from the middle to the moderately‐high  <br />range compared to other regional agencies.  As noted, high strength customers benefit from the  <br />City’s current fixed sewer rate structure and will face larger increases than other customers as the  <br />sewer rate structure is revised to more equitably recover costs from City customers.  <br />  <br />Figure S5:  High Strength (Restaurant) Monthly Sewer Rate Survey  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />   <br />6.4.A. - Page 102
