The City Council hereby finds that review of public art by the <br />City’s Public Art Task Force is a beneficial supplement to review of public art by <br />the Civic Cultural Commission. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The Public Art Task Force shall review and provide <br />recommendations to the Civic Cultural Commission prior to the Civic Cultural <br />Commission performing its responsibilities pursuant to Sections 45.050 and <br />45.110, respectively, of the Public Art Ordinance regarding art work and other <br />legitimate expenditures funded by the Art in Public Places Fund and art work to be <br />provided on-site by developers. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3.
