<br /> electricians, audio and fire controt monitors, carpenters, plumbers, clean-up cr�w. A:II these aclditional
<br /> perscannel and services shall be fully inst,ued and the sole responsibility o£CLIENT.
<br /> • Coorclination and anY �PPticabl� nan:pyratechnic pernxit�ing with th� Iocal, state or fede�al gov�rnment
<br /> that may hold authority within the Fmduction.
<br /> • Provision af a Safety 2,"on� in aceordarice with applicable standarcls and all requirements of the
<br /> authorities having juri�diction thraughout the entire time that the pyrotechnics are at the Site ar the load
<br /> site{if different)o.n the date of the Production and aIJ set-up and load-out c3ates,including water security to
<br /> keep unautt�orized people,boaks,etc,from entering the Safety Zane.
<br /> • A professional grade Audio System including all necessary equipment, installation of such eqttipmenf
<br /> and�ra:ined audio�ngineers for operation based on audio and�omm�rnfcatlons requireme�ts provided by
<br /> PYRQ.
<br /> • General Services including, but not limited to, Site and audience security, fencing, adequate work
<br /> Iight, dumps#er aecessibility, a secure office far PYRO perso�nel within the venue, secure parking far
<br /> PYRQ ve�icles, access to washrooms, tents, eqaipmenl storage, hazmat storage, electrical power, fre
<br /> suppression equiprnent,access to worksites,necessary credentialing,etc.,wiIl be requir�d as necessary..

<br /> This agrr�cem�nt {"Agreemen�") is by and between I�yra Speckaoulars North, Inc., a California
<br /> cozporation, hereinafter referred ta as ("I�YRO"), and City c�f Rcdwoc�d l�ereinafter referr�d to as
<br /> (`°CLIENT"). PYRO and +CLTENT are sornetimes referred ta as "Party" ar collectivety as "Parties"
